I have been involved with Parrots since 1987. I moved to Florida in the winter of 1992 to further my Parrot experience. I lived on a small Parrot breeding faculty. I learned to hand feed babies of all sorts and had the pleasure of being around many different species of Psittacines.
I moved back to Colorado in the spring of 1993. There I started to breed my own Parrots. I started with Cockatiels & moved up into larger birds quickly. I still have some of my Cockatiels but no longer breeder them.
My breeding facility is very small, only 10 pairs of breeder birds. I breed a range of Parrots from small to medium sized. Well, okay they have not all given me babies, but I am hopeful. That is why I only list the birds that have given me babies in the last year.
I am attempting to start a small breeding group of Red Fronts, smallest of the full size Macaws. I am hopeful in the future to have some beautiful baby Red Front Macaws. I am not really into breeding the very large Macaws, although I do have them as pets. They can live up to 75 years or longer and can be very loud.

The bird you have selected is guaranteed by Green Chicken Ranch to be healthy at the time of Pure Purchase. To keep this guarantee in force you must have your bird examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within seventy two (72) hours of the time of purchase. During the initial examination, should your veterinarian find this bird to be in poor health or detect any physical health problems that would require further veterinary care, you must notify Green Chicken Ranch within 24 hours. No veterinary fees charged for the initial examination or for any other services will be paid by Green Chicken Ranch.
In addition to the above, Green Chicken Ranch also guarantees your bird for a full five (5) days from the purchase date against any viral or congenital defect. Return birds failing a veterinary exam within 24 hours of examination for credit towards purchase of any other bird. Green Chicken Ranch at its option may refund the purchase price if no suitable substitute bird is available. In no case will Green Chicken Ranch be required to refund the purchase price. Green Chicken Ranch will replace your bird or allow full credit toward the purchase of any other bird of your choice after verifying such a condition within thirty (30) days of diagnosis by your veterinarian. This document constitutes the full and entire Guarantee made by Green Chicken Ranch superceding any other verbal or written guarantee and is non transferable.
